Suffering from Buyer’s Remorse? Yeah, I'm Sorry About That.
You've purchased a piece of your own internal chaos, stared at it for a few days, and decided you can't live with the uncompromising truth. I get it. That's a highly human reaction.
I custom-produce every product on demand, meaning when you return it, I can't just stick it back on a shelf next to the mass-produced mediocrity. It was made specifically for you, and now it’s lonely.
The Flaws Are Intentional (I Warned You)
If you are requesting a refund because the design looks "messy," "hand-drawn," or "like a five-year-old did it," this is not a valid reason for a return.
I said up front that the flaws are intentional. This is the whole point. I cannot refund you for buying precisely what you thought you were buying. If you want pristine, perfectly kerned design, find other art to plaster your walls with. It’s your wall, your choice!
Item Arrived Damaged?
If your product arrived demonstrably damaged, destroyed by a courier who clearly hates art, or if the wrong product was sent to you (e.g., you ordered the 'Anti-Hero' and received the 'Literal'), I will fix the error immediately.
Here’s the protocol for genuine logistical failure:
Contact me within 14 days of receiving your product. After 14 days, I assume you've made peace with your choices.
Send me an email with your Order Number and, crucially, a photograph clearly showing the damage or the mistake.
Once I confirm the fuck-up was mine or the courier's, I will arrange for a replacement to be produced and shipped to you at no additional cost.
Quick Buyers’ Remorse?
Because your print or mug is produced on demand (I start production 4–7 business days after you hit "confirm"), I offer a tiny window of clarity.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. If you catch your error within this window, I can stop the presses and issue a full refund.
After 24 hours, production has started. The print has been printed, the mug has been fired, and the psychological commitment has been made.
I cannot offer cancellation or refunds after this point.
